Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One button in Settings → Subscription. No retention screens, no confirmation gauntlet. Your access continues until the end of your billing period, and your chart data stays on Free.
What happens to Free users if you change pricing?
Anything free at launch stays free, for your account, forever. If we introduce a new paid feature later, we may add it to a paid tier — but we will never downgrade what you already had.
Why isn’t there a “free trial” for Yearly?
The Free plan already gives you a full month’s calendar, your chart, and daily readings. That’s a better trial than any 7-day gated preview. Use Free for as long as you want, then upgrade only if it earns it.
Is Lifetime really lifetime?
Lifetime means the lifetime of the Jyotish product. We commit in writing to 10 years minimum. If we ever discontinue the service before then, lifetime users receive a pro-rated refund plus a full data export in open formats (JSON + .ics).
How does the 7-day refund work?
Within 7 days of any paid purchase (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime), click “Refund” in Settings. Razorpay processes back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. No email required, no questions asked.
Can I switch from Monthly to Yearly mid-cycle?
Yes. We pro-rate the remaining balance from your Monthly plan as a credit toward the Yearly price. The switch is instant and your billing date resets.
What if I upgrade to Lifetime after paying Yearly?
The unused portion of your Yearly plan is credited toward Lifetime. Email support with your order ID and we’ll apply it within one business day.
Do you take foreign cards or only Indian payments?
Razorpay accepts Indian UPI, cards, netbanking, and wallets natively. International cards (Visa / Mastercard / Amex) are accepted too. Visitors in India are billed in ₹ (INR); everyone else sees the same prices converted to US$ and is billed in USD.
Can I get a GST invoice for my company?
Yes. Add your GSTIN in Settings → Billing before purchase, and every invoice will include it. 18% GST is already included in all listed prices.
Which payment methods work on mobile?
UPI intents, cards, netbanking, and popular wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay). On iOS and Android, Razorpay’s checkout opens your preferred UPI app directly.
Do you use my chart data to train AI?
No. Your birth data is never sent to third-party training pipelines. AI chat uses your chart context at request time only, and is not retained or aggregated. Details in Privacy.
Where is my birth data stored?
Encrypted at rest in a Mumbai-region database. Birth time and location are treated as sensitive fields. You can export or delete everything from Settings → Data in one click.
Can I delete my account completely?
Yes. Settings → Data → Delete account removes everything within 30 days, including backups. You’ll get an email confirmation when removal is complete.
